.SPECIFIC VEHICLE ALARM FITTING INSTRUCTIONS REV.00www.cobra.itXMAKELANCIAMOD.THESISYEAR03 → PETROLDIESELALARM/SIRENPosition the compact alarms and the sirens inside the wheelhouse, driver’s side.Pass the cables using POSITIONthe original rubber sleeve located inside the driver’s side wheelhouse.CENTRAL UNIT POSITIONPosition the modular systems and the modules under the left side of the dashboard, driver’s side.POWER SUPPLY+30: connect to the 4 mm2 RED wire located in the wiring harness coming out of the 2 way black connector, in the fuse box.- 31: connect with a cable terminal directly to the ground terminal located behind the driver’s side sill cover.IGNITION WIRE+15/54: connect to the 1,5 mm2 ORANGE wire located in the wiring harness, on the side of the fuse box coming out of the ignition key.DIRECTION INDICATORSConnect to the wires: PINK at the position nr.3 (post.left), PINK/WHITE at the position nr.12 (post.right) located in the wiring harness coming out of the 40 way black connector, in the fuse box; BROWN/PINK at the position nr.2 (lat.left), BROWN/YELLOW at the position nr.22 (lat.right), BROWN/BLACK at the position nr.38 (ant.left), BROWN/VIOLET at the position nr.39 (ant.right) located in the wiring harness coming out of the 40 way light blue connector, in the fuse box.Note: It is suggested to separate the lines with 1N5406 diodes.ELECTRIC WINDOWSPositive control signalTo make the windows locking it is necessary to act directly in the wiring harness coming out from each motor inside each door.CENTRAL DOORS LOCKINGNegative control signalConnect to the PINK/GREEN wire (unlock) and to the BROWN/GREEN wire (lock) in the wiring harness coming out of the 4 way black connector coming out of the push-button panel directly inside the driver’s side door.IMMOBILISATION POINTFuel pumpCut the BROWN wire located in the wiring harness coming out of the inertial switch placed under the driver’s side seat.STARTER+50: Cut the wire located in the wiring harness on the side of the fuse box coming out of the ignition key.BONNET SWITCHConnect to the YELLOW/BLACK wire located in the wiring harness coming out of the 2 way connector placed under the bonnet opener handle.Insert a diode mod.1N4004 in the original line.DOORS SWITCHConnect to the YELLOW/BLACK wire located in the wiring harness behind the driver’s side sill cover.BOOT SWITCHConnect to the GREY/BLACK wire, at the position nr.1, in the 40 way light blue connector coming out of the central placed behind the left lateral covering, in the boot.Note: This information is not binding, therefore it must be considered only an example for installation purposes that must be executed lathe03gbb.docas per the instructions given on the product installation manual
